Beautiful facility, great amenities, just an older, less active population than I expected. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Apartment finishes are beautiful and well designed. Amenities are top notch. Centrally located in CLT.

On our first visit to Connery we were greeted by one of the sales staff and given a complete tour of the facility. We were very impressed with the clean crisp environment along with how cordial the residents we met were. The unit we rented was spacious and appointed with high end materials and appears to be very quiet. All in all we are looking forward to a long stay at Connery.

All has gone smoothly so far. The apartment was in great shape for our move in. Staff and Neighbors have been helpful during this process. We have appreciated the ease of access to the building as we have moving personal items.

The Connery is a very close knit community. There are incredible events going on all day everyday. We feel very safe and satisfied with all the amenities the Connery has to offer. The management and maintenance staff care and are very supportive and kind.

Wonderful new apartment with great amenities. Super pool, gym, steam, sauna and hot tub. The front office staff are second to none being both friendly and efficient. Lots of activities and exercise classes as well as resident run clubs. Great place to live!

At first exposure, you feel as though you are walking into a Hyatt Hotel...The lobby area is quite impressive, and I'm very proud to introduce my friends to my residence with this first impression...And, happily, the management care is extraordinary for the "rental experience"... We truly love it here and have made great friendships and positive relationships either the front office and maintenance. We enjoy all the amenities and social events hosted by The Connery and the residents. The only reason we would ever leave is do to affordability.
